Huh, that's interesting - my 1.66 pegs the processor and stutters 
horribly when playing back HD. There shouldn't be much VM paging, 
either - applications and OS are all just inside the 1GB installed in 
the machine.

Did you have to tweak the settings on your 1.66 mini to get 
acceptable HD playback?
