I'm very happy with the HD playback on both my 1.83 and 1.66 Minis!  There may be some minor glitches in the first 30 seconds of playback.  I suspect Myth is quite memory hungry and stuff is spooling off to VM.  After that, however, both are quite able to keep up with anything I record.  That includes a couple of 1080i channels that are using the full 19 Mbit stream.  IOW, I see no difference between stuff playing live via the TV's ATSC receiver v. shows that I've recorded with Myth.
