Well, if the buildings are only 60m apart, it probably doesn't matter
anyway -- a direct strike to one will induce significant current into
any non-buried cables going into the other.
But unless you've got outside antennas or other objects that are
higher than surrounding trees, terrain, etc., a direct strike is
pretty unlikely.
If you *do* have outside antennas, you should focus your lightning
protection there. Pick up a copy of the ARRL Handbook, or check one
out from your local library -- the recommendations there are
practical and well thought out.
