Yeah.  I wasn't saying you should upgrade, just trying to give equal 
time to the other side of the, "If it ain't broke," argument.  :)

I did the same for my major rebuild (new OS, change from 1 combined 
frontend/backend with DISH network and 2 PVR-x50's to 2 dedicated 
backends recording OTA HDTV with 2 pcHDTV HD-3000's each and 1 dedicated 
frontend).  I have many times in that past (and this time too) agreed 
with your value of time versus value of money arguments.  :)
