There is a link on the Myth Wiki home page for the "MediaWiki Help
Page", that has a lot of info on creating and editing pages. One
easy way to create a page is to type in your desired URL (following
the standard layout), and when the page is not there, the Wiki gives
you the option to create it.

Adding a link to that page, leading to the UPnPClients page would
probably do the job.

I see them as parallel options.. The UPnP clients will be more
plentiful than those supporting some level of native MythTV operation.
So, I think it's important to document the UPnP issues. If a native
MythTV HD client becomes available, I think it goes to the top of the
heap for preferred devices.
