OK moving on to the next problem I'm having. I use a PVR150 for the
tuner card.
When I play an MP3 I get all my audio channels loud and clear.
AVI's also play loud and clear.
When I play live TV or a recorded video I get the left and right
channels muffled with the center loud and clear.
This behavior is seen both when playing through mplayer either recorded
programs or live tv from an xterm and inside mythtv.
I'm thinking maybe it could be ivtv?

Any suggestions? I'm getting there slowly. New to Mythtv but so far I
like it a lot.
Thank you
Jason
