Hi Simon,
I've just noticed I get exactly the same thing on Film4+1,  but I 
struggle to change channel away from it. Looking in the backend logs,
there was messages saying unable to locate preview image.

My card is a Nova-T 500, is yours the same.  I'm sure I've managed to 
view it in the past.

Also, I seem to get a full LMS lock, its just no picture is displayed.
