[mythtv-users] backend hangs from time to time

Hi Guys,

I have this problem where the mythtv backend process seems to hang every
so often. Approximately once a week to once a month this happens and the
only remedy seems to be to restart the process.

When this happens the process has not died, but hung and the the front
end cannot get any data from it.

I am running the Marillat debian binaries, version 0.20-svn20070223-0.0

Has anyone else had similar issues?

What should I do next time it happens to try and get more useful info
about why it might have hung? Presently, I am unable to find anything
obvious in the logs that might give me a clue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
