probably varies per different DVB card/driver too.
My compro DVB-T200s show about 70% signal and 4.8db S/N ratio across all 
muxes, my TV shows about 90% on it's scale, off-hand I can't remember 
how to get into engineers mode on the TV to get it to show S/N.
