You know, I've just had a blinding flash of the obvious.

The target for a Project to replace TMS is *broadcast automation system
vendors*.  Sundance Digital, the makers of FastBreak, and their ilk.

Those systems are the ones that contain the (local station) data we
care about, anyway.

Writing a trigger to extract, translate, and push schedule change data
when it happens should be one programmer-day for each of them.  Writing
a standardized spec for how to ship it around, another day.
