[mythtv-users] ivtv capture is good, but mythtv hoses it

Get info (--info) returned identical settings.  Here are the ctrls
(--list-ctrls) before and after running myth.  If any are, I assume the
bitrate diffs are the meaningful ones.  Thoughts?
