Most likely a corrupt seektable.  Try running optimize_mythdb.pl, and
then run mythcommflag --rebuild on any affected recordings.  (You may
have to run mythtranscode --buildindex, though, on some types of
recordings, such as those from ATSC/DVB cards.)  Search the list for
some magical command lines to use.
