This is for configurations when numDVBCards > 1. I have 4 DVB cards in
total on my network, and when EIT retrieval is enabled, all 4 cards
are used to get data for the 6 or so EIT-enabled channels. I just
wanted to make sure that if EIT is enabled, it will only attempt to
scan for data using those DVB cards flagged as enabled also.
