Your channel list sounds fine. All you have to do is watch them a bit to 
identify which is which (if you didn't already know), and then use 
mythtv-setup or mythweb to assign channel numbers and other identifiers. 
Get it right and you can then think about running mythfilldatabase to 
supply programming information (EIT doesn't work on analog).

Move from one to another by entering <channel number><return>. That 
usually works.

Otherwise, however, you can use your PVR-350 for connecting to a cable 
box, or a video recorder, and make use of the hardware encoder. So it's 
not a total waste of cash (similar setup here. use mine for a cable box).
