[mythtv-users] OT: EPIA SP13000 / DVI-02 / "Panel" jumper

Per the instructions on the Logic Supply website, I changed the jumper on
the "panel" 4 pin header to A2-B2, but after this my motherboard will not
boot. It doesn't even display the boot splash screen or allow me to attempt
to get into the BIOS. This seems to work for others, anyone with a VIA EPIA
SP13000 and a DVI-02 daughter-card care to chime in?
