If you are looking for HD, I think the smallest 1920x1080 you will find 
will be 24"...And Dell has one for a very good price...about $850 IIRC 
in Canada, and under $700 in the US of A.  Looking at one for my desk too...

Cannot remember the model number, but there won't be many with that res!
