[mythtv-users] Lossless transcoding failing with error 247

I think i've accurately set up lossless transcoding (only cutting
commercials) for my recordings.  I begin a transcode, after importing the
commercial cutpoints, by pressing 'x' during playback. The transcod begins,
but seems to die somewhere in the middle, not really at a cutpoint, leaving
the partially transcoded file with a .tmp extension left on disk.  Multiple
transcode attempts seem to die at the same point.  Here is the relevant part
of /var/log/mythbackend.log.  I do have some-what corrupted streams, perhaps
mythtranscode gets a frame it can't handle and dies?
