	should be install Time-Format except that doesn't work with the FC6
cpan.  I had to go through this a few months back to resolve that issue
and I still have it in the build subdirectory of .cpan.  I have since
reloaded my myth system with FC6 and trying to recreate has proven
fruitless.  I still have the source in my .cpan directory and it looks
like it builds ok except for skipping the XS tests.
