Looks like your database has problems with the channel lineup of your tuner.

A quick and dirty way to fix it is to do the following:
Go into mythtv-setup and select "Delete All" under tuners. Then add
your tuners again and associate them with a channel lineup. Exit
mythtv-setup and run mythfilldatabase and then try again.
