my bitrate is set to 1100. I could certainly try and lower it and see
what happens. I guess I didn't think that was really affecting what I
was trying to do, except for the size.

Well I'm using MPEG-4 when transcoding. Don't know what codec windows
media player is trying to use. I had TCPMP installed, I could try again.

I'll try this and let you know. Not sure when I'll have a chance though.
