Yeah, I was just drooling at their SATA version (the DS-1220).  It's $800,
so definitely pricier than the 1210, but for that, you get a12-drive SATA
enclosure which supports RAID 0, 1, 10, and 5, as well as non-RAID,
and 3.0GB/s transfer rates.  And given that (like the DS-1210) it
comes with all
the gear, including a PCI card, drive mounts, etc, to get it working
out-of-the-box, it looks like a fantastic deal to me.

Unfortunately, I actually need to finish my basement first before splurging
on things like racks and multi-terabyte hard drive enclosures, or my wife
will kill me. ;)
