[mythtv-users] Recording length messed up

When i watch any recording, the progress bar shows the total length is 
very much longer than it really is.
For instance, a 30 minute episode will show it's over 2 hours.
I checked the database and the records in the "recorded" table are all 
correct.
This only started a month or so ago.  Programs I recorded before this 
started have also been affected.
Has anyone had this problem or know what might be causing it?
