Just to close the loop on this one, it was just me. :) I took one of
the working frontend systems, connected it to the TV where I was having
problems, and it worked without any problems. So, I just rebuilt the
one system and everything worked as expected. I guess I just had a bad
backup/restore where something got corrupted along the way.
