Assuming that adding these additional regions doesn't increase the
licensing cost by a few million dollars but add only a few SD users... 
:)  But, like you, I'm hoping those at SD will find a way to make it happen.

I'm also surprised that TMS doesn't have Australian data.  It sounds
like they could just repackage data from anywhere and call it Australian
since Australian guide data seems to be nowhere near correct.  :)
