The pvr-350's tv-out is known to have 5-10% overscan.  There is no way to
adjust the overscan of the pvr-350's tv-out.  But you are saying your tv-out
is not centered?  I've never hard of that happening.  When I use to use my
pvr-350 for tv-out the overscan was the same on every side.
