I use rtorrent (http://libtorrent.rakshasa.no/) on my mythtv backend.
In general it is a great curses-based torrent client. But the best
thing about it is the 'tied directory' feature. You basically point
it at a directory and it will automatically start downloading any new
torrent files you put in that directory. Similarly, it will stop
downloading if you delete the torrent file from the directory. You
can also have it seed a torrent until it hits a specific ratio.
It unfortunately doesn't have an RSS feature, but it seems like it
would be pretty simple to have a cron download the feeds and drop the
torrent file into your 'download' directory.
Of course, the podracer solution looks pretty good too :-)
