Still could be phantom channels.  Mythfrontend won't show channels that 
can't be used to record, MythWeb can actually stack bad channels "on top 
of" good channels so the good ones aren't usable.  (BTW, I say this is 
not a bug in MythWeb, but a bug in configuration of MythTV because those 
phantom channels can still mess up mythfrontend and, more often, 
mythbackend.)

That's there to allow you to tell Myth to forget an old recording of an 
episode for duplicate checking or to say that a show should never be 
recorded--even if it doesn't match one of your current rules.
