[mythtv-users] GeForce 6200 at 1080i

I actually don't use XvMC cause it caused tearing and my processor is
fast enough to natively play HD content.  It looks like I did get
screwed on the cable, it's too late to return it but I'll know for
next time :)

There has to be a way to make the 6200 output a 1080i interlaced
picture; I'll keep plugging away.
