There is also rumour that some SoftCAMs support NDS VideoGuard, but they 
appear to be closed source Windows applications and there is 
(understandably) a lot of resistance to adding support for a legally 
dubious decryption system to Myth, even though you'd only be able to 
decrypt the channels you subscribe to.

I suspect the reason is that they have certain government officials under 
their thumb... :)
