the .htaccess file changed ant the stream code changed from
pl to php ( or vica versa )

I think I had issues because I just updated my mythweb directory
and didn't replace it... the old code was still there causing issues...
AND I know that I didn't update the .htaccess file and screwed up
something there too....

So... did you completely replace your .19 mythweb with a .20
version or just copy / update the old directory?
