Here is the xorg.conf, once I got it working on my 19" LCD.

Pretty simple.
You will notice that the VideoCard0 driver is i810.
It was intel, but this was giving me an 800x600 window into a 1280x1024
screen.
Good for StarCraft, not so good for a desktop!
Switching to i810 fixed that problem right up.

Now, I did try to reinstall the system while it was hooked to my NTSC
analog TV, but I got nothing on the screen but blue.
Obviously, that is not going to work!
Based on what you see here, can any one give me some pointers for making
the changes here that will let me get video out to the TV?

{A little while later...}

I have the Mini hooked up to the TV again. Still, BSOnothing.
I ran "Xorg -configure" and 'X -config /root/xorg.conf.new" gives this
error:
[root at FedoraMini ~]# X -config /root/xorg.conf.new

Can anyone make sense of that?
