[mythtv-users] How the heck do I pick a power supply???

Whoa! Is this something I should be checking? I had no idea this was
even a possible issue. How do you recommend testing this on a 24/7
machine? How about temperatures? Do you test them with software, or
a thermometer? I've seen people talk about power supplies and chip,
memory, and HD temperatures, but I just thought they were being geeky
with too much free time.
Is this really something that normal people, with no time to be bored,
show be concerned with?
