[mythtv-users] 0.20, mythtv-setup not getting all channels

Ok, I've found a couple more references over on the Zap2it forums about
4DTV users having the same problem I'm having, going back to 0.19 and
earlier this year. Looks like something is messed up between 4DTV
listings and Myth.

Now, I know that I was getting EPG information in version 0.18. I'm
going to hope at this point that because I already had channel/station
information in my 0.18 database before the problem developed, Myth was
able to download the EPG data.

So, assuming that, is there an alternative way for me to get the channel
data into the database without using mythtv-setup/mythfilldatabase? Like
using XMLTV to get the data? I'm hoping that if I can get the channels
into the database somehow, that mythfilldatabase will get the rest of
the information.
