I imagine with the right parts you can very easily do it yourself as
well, following the instructions on that page.

I have a D11 box, which is USB-controlled, so my configuration won't
help you much. (the STB has a USB port, I have a USB->Serial adapter
connected to it, and that is connected to a serial port on my computer
with a null modem adapter)
