There are/were some problems with the Internal player detecting the
correct interlacing, so if you are deintelacing (and if not see if it
helps at all) it's worth trying the different options. I also have no
problems with LiveTV/recordings but most DVDs do not play back
properly unless I fix the video interlacing via the menu.
