Got a VGA to SCART cable recently for my pundit-r box, and switched to
the "ati" driver, as above.
With the modeline above I get a picture on the TV but the contrast is
too high.
So I tried adding a Gamma line to my xorg.conf: Gamma 0.9 0.9 0.9
But this still leaves the white pixels too bright, even when I try:
Gamma 0.5 0.5 0.5 !
I'm using Xorg 6.8.1.902 with kernel 2.6.16.
Can anyone get a better picture with a different ModeLine with different
xorg.conf settings?
Cheers
Andrew
