This is something i've wished i've had a number of times.  When trying to
tune up a myth system going to a progressive flat panel,  I'd love to know
the resolution, frame rate, interlace type etc for a broadcast.

  When you're source is DVB, it could be almost anything (and can/will
change between channels).
