[mythtv-users] mythfrontend don't stores some settings

Hi.
I use debian sid with prepackaged binary from marillat, v. 0.19.

I noticed that I'm not able to store some settings:
For sure that settings are:
- direct channel changing vs browse mode in livetv (the new default in 0.19)
- arrow keys accelerator or not

whatever I set in the frontend the behaviour is always
- browse mode for livetv (with older v.0.18 was viceversa)
- arrow key accelerator used

I read in the wiki that the db stores this settings: how can I
understand which is the reason of such behaviour?
