I think it's (approximate) seconds... Hit 999SeekRelative+. Note that
the number has to be relatively large (i.e. greater than 8, and
depending on position, possibly greater than 15); otherwise, the
"approximate" may mean nothing happens but an audio "skip".

There's also "SetPosition%", which is used to seek to the position at
which the specified percentage of playback has been completed.
Therefore, "50SetPosition%" will seek to the half-way point of the
recording. And, there's "SetPositionX0%" where "X" is a number 1-9 (or
not specified for 0%).
