You need to upgrade the backend(s) then the frontend(s).  There are
protocol and schema changes in SVN over the release.  Make sure you
upgrade the backend(s) first though.  I didn't realize until recently
that a frontend only system could upgrade the database schema on the
backend.  I was then running with a backend that expected an older
schema because a "newer" frontend upgraded it.
