that'll be it! The four CC code is what specifies the codec to use to decode
it. Normally something like "divx" or "xvid" or "mp34". The fact this says
"drms" makes it sound like "Digitial Rights Managment <Something". So
basically it's encrypted, and can only be played in something that can
understand the proprietary format, and get the encryption keys. That
basically means it'll never play on an open source product. (If you have the
source you can modify it to give you the video/keys, defeating the point of
the drm).
