I'm running Gentoo 2.6.15-r5, BUT have a DVICO Fusion HDTV5 Gold 
card....  Do an 'lsmod'.  You should see a 'bunch' of cx88* modules.  
The 'top' module is cx88_dvb.  If these aren't showing up, try doing an 
'modprobe cx88_dvb' and see what happens.  You should also see messages 
in 'dmesg' that indicate a 'found' card.
