Look in the "configfiles" directory of the source release. You'll find
an example twmrc that works.

Just for the record, I use twm and I sometimes have focus problems with
the MythTV dialogs after using xine or mplayer. Usually I just have to
hit the exit button on the remote to close the dialog and try again. I
haven't yet gotten around to fixing that.
