Mythfilldatabase.

In my case using the uk_rt XMLTV grabber, only movies are assigned a
programid, all other entries in the table do not have one. I think
that the grabber being used determines whether this field is populated
or not. It doesn't seem to hurt my scheduling at all, so I wonder if
it's intended for US-based users/grabbers?
