Not likely to make much of a difference, but you could certainly try it. I
gave up on YDL the minute FC was available for PowerPC. Though I still run OS
X the vast majority of the time on my PowerPC hardware.

Amen. Thus the reason my PPC laptop gets far more use than my x86 one, and
runs OS X almost exclusively... :)
(I do have pre-FC5 on my PowerBook, but haven't had time to play with Myth on
it yet)...
