[mythtv-users] Lost sound on EPIA SP -- how to diagnose?

I'm on 2.6.14-1.1653_FC4. During troubleshooting, I habitually reboot
every so often, especially when mucking with drivers and such. Anyhow,
this used to be a very stable combined
BE/FE(/mail-/web-/you-name-it)-server, left on for months without
problems. It broke after my efforts to fork off the BE to new hardware,
presumably as the result of me doing something stupid with yum or
mistreating the hardware.
Moving the old recordings and videos over to the new box will free up
enough space on it, that I can attempt a fresh, secondary, FC4-install
on it. This will be my next move, I guess.
regards,
/Ole
