[mythtv-users] mythvideo plugin on xbox - controls don't work

Mine too. I've got stuff like:
   |# Show OSD
   |begin
   |prog = mplayer
   |button = MENU
   |repeat = 4
   |config = osd
   |end

This is all from a canned lircrc that is specifically designed for
mythtv on the xbox so I have no reason to suspect it is incorrect.

Yes, and there is also stuff for "vlc" and "xine", neither of
which is running.

I emailed yesterday but messed up the subject line.  Hopefully I get it
right this time.


You need to add:
lirc=yes
to your /etc/mplayer/mplayer.conf

To get mythvideo to start you need to add -nojoystick to your launch
command.
