One possible way to prevent Mythweb from triggering the backend to shutdown the
machine is to change 'ANN Playback ' to 'ANN Monitor ' in mythbackend.php.

That way the connections to the backend that are made by mythweb are ignored by the
backend in its shutdown decision making. Its used by both mythwelcome and mythlcdserver
when they make there connections to the backend that don't affect the shutdown stuff.
