[mythtv-users] Realtime Priority; limits.conf with pam-0.78 on gentoo

Im pretty sure, not 100%, but since Nick said that it 'wasnt in portage' 
that to me makes it sounds like a gentoo spec thing, ie, heres my info 
for FC4:
