[mythtv-users] Scan displacement and over/underscan

Utilities/Setup->Setup ->Appearance->Screen settings
seemed to work to adjust the size of the
image that myth displays.

My understanding is that the overscan settings are used to
ensure that the onscreen display is actually onscreen.
